The Rainbow Peacock Story

Once upon a time in a magical garden, there lived a peacock named Percy. Percy was not just any peacock; his feathers were brighter than a box of crayons! He had shades of blue like the sky, green like the leaves, orange like the sunset, and pink like the sweetest candy. Every morning, Percy would strut around his grassy patch, showing off his beautiful feathers to all the other animals. They would cheer and clap their paws, for Percy was the star of the garden.

One sunny day, Percy decided he wanted to make the garden even more colorful. "What if I could find the colors of the rainbow?" he thought excitedly. He had heard stories of a magical rainbow that appeared after rain, and he wanted to see it for himself! As Percy explored, he met a wise old turtle named Timmy. Timmy was napping under a big leafy tree. Percy excitedly told him about his quest for the rainbow. He thanked Timmy and continued on his way.

Soon, dark clouds rolled in, and it started to rain! Percy was worried. "Oh no! I wanted to see the rainbow, but now it's raining!" Just then, he heard a soft giggle. It was a tiny fairy named Lila, dancing in the raindrops. "Don't worry, Percy! The rain brings the colors! Just wait and watch!" Percy watched as the rain fell gently, and suddenly, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky, stretching from one side of the garden to the other.

Percy was filled with joy! He danced around, flapping his feathers, trying to touch the rainbow. Each color seemed to whisper to him, inviting him to join in the fun.
